Ash & Elm Offerings is my small, handmade soap business. I make everything myself, in small batches, and I take my time with it because how something is made matters.
I let soaps cure fully and keep the recipes simple without added fragrance or color. These bars are meant to be clean and uncomplicated to use. If a bar has a scent, it comes from the ingredients themselves.
The name Ash & Elm Offerings comes from Norse mythology. In one of the creation stories the first humans were formed from an ash and an elm tree. That idea of being rooted in nature and shaped with intention has stayed with me and influences how I approach my work.
Each batch is worked with intention. Every bar is infused with Fehu and Algiz as symbols of prosperity, protection, and steady growth. The individual rune within each bar is chosen as a form of divination, meant for the person who receives it.
